Join me for this 90-minute circle of insight, embodiment & intuitive awareness!
In this experiential gathering, we’ll explore the wisdom held in feet through Ayurvedic Toe Reading which opens access to intuitive & subconscious information stored in the toes; each toe represents one of the Ayurvedic Five Elements & reflects a specific area of your life.
You’ll be introduced to:
The Five Element model—Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether
What each toe represents physically, emotionally and energetically
How to read your own toes for self-awareness and insight
This circle offers a gentle, embodied way to connect with your intuition & deepen self-understanding. Together, we create a supportive space where subconscious patterns can soften, allowing greater clarity, ease & presence in your life.
